The Best Value Juicers

Value is not the cheapest machine. It is the point where the next $200 stops buying anything you will notice.

By Brijon M. · Last reviewed October 2, 2026

We earn a commission if you buy through links on this page, at no extra cost to you. It does not change what we recommend or the order we rank things in. Full disclosure.

Value in juicers is not a linear curve. Between $35 and roughly $300 each extra hundred dollars buys something you can point at: a better mechanism, a longer warranty, a wider chute, adjustable extraction. Past $400 the curve flattens hard, and what you are buying is convenience -- real, but not the same kind of purchase.

What each hundred dollars buys

BandWhat it adds over the band belowWorth it if
$35-70A working centrifugal machine, dishwasher-safe parts, 2-3 year warrantyYou are finding out whether you will juice at all
$70-100A masticating option, so leafy greens become possibleCelery or greens are the plan
$100-200Cold press as standard, mesh-free cleaning, pulp controlYou intend to juice weekly or more
$200-300A 15-year warranty, adjustable extraction, wheatgrass capabilityYou are confident this is a long-term habit
$400+Hands-free hoppers, auto-cut chutes, strainer-free cleaningYou juice every day and friction is what would stop you

Read that table bottom-up and the flattening is obvious. The $200-300 step adds a decade of warranty. The $400-plus step adds minutes of saved effort per session. Both are real; only one changes what the machine can do.

Scroll the table sideways on a narrow screen. Every figure above is labeled with where it came from; “Not available” means we could not find a published source, not that the machine performs badly. How we pick.

The cost nobody puts in the comparison

Produce. Over a year of daily juicing, the raw material costs more than any machine on this page, including the $800 twin gear we did not recommend. A cup of green juice takes a surprising volume of celery and greens, and that running cost is the reason a lot of juicing habits end -- not the purchase price.

Which flips the value question. If produce is the dominant cost, then yield genuinely matters economically, and the honest problem is that nobody publishes it. The practical response is to buy for the mechanism that suits your produce, use the technique in why your juicer is not making much juice, and do the arithmetic in juicing on a budget before you commit to a daily habit.

A shopping basket of fresh vegetables
Over twelve months the produce bill dwarfs the machine. That is the number worth optimizing.

1. Best value overall

Omega J8006HDS

Omega J8006HDS · $200–400 · Our score 7.9/10

The clearest value case on the site: a 15-year limited warranty at roughly half what the premium verticals cost, on a machine whose horizontal auger handles the hardest produce. Omega states 80 RPM and a triple-stage auger. Divide the price by fifteen years of cover and nothing else on this page comes close. You pay in counter depth and in prep chopping, both of which are time rather than money.

What works

  • 15-year warranty at a mid-range price
  • A horizontal auger handles stringy celery and greens well
  • Doubles as a nut-butter, pasta and sorbet extruder

What does not

  • Narrow chute means constant prep chopping
  • Takes significant counter depth
  • Omega publishes no yield or cleanup figure to compare

Skip this if: You juice mostly whole apples and oranges. You will spend your life chopping to fit a narrow horizontal chute.

2. Best value under $100

AMZCHEF ZM1501

AMZCHEF ZM1501 · Under $100 · Our score 7.1/10

Masticating mechanics for under a hundred dollars, which until recently did not exist. AMZCHEF states 90 RPM, 150 W, a reverse function and operation below 60 decibels -- and it is worth noting that a sub-$100 brand publishes a noise figure that $600 brands do not. The warranty picture is muddled between listings, so read the one you buy from, and treat the build as light.

AMZCHEF states 90 RPM, 150 W, with a reverse functionManufacturer claim: AMZCHEF · checked 2026-10-02

What works

  • Masticating mechanics under $100
  • One of very few machines at any price that publishes a decibel figure
  • Reverse function for clearing jams

What does not

  • Warranty terms differ between the brand store and third-party listings - read the one you buy from
  • Small chute, so prep is heavy
  • No yield or cleanup figure published

Skip this if: You expect premium build. At this price the warranty is short and the parts are light - treat it as a trial machine.

3. Best value fast juicer

Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juice Extractor

Hamilton Beach 67601A · Under $100 · Our score 6.7/10

800 W, a 3 in chute and a 3-year limited warranty for well under $100. Hamilton Beach also states that every part touching juice is dishwasher safe. Compare that warranty against Breville's 1 year at twice the price and the value argument makes itself. The limit is the mechanism: no celery, no kale, and it is loud.

What works

  • 3-year warranty, which is unusual under $100
  • Every part that touches juice is dishwasher safe, per Hamilton Beach
  • 3 in chute at a budget price

What does not

  • Centrifugal, so it is poor at celery and greens
  • No RPM published
  • Loud, as all high-speed spinning juicers are

Skip this if: Celery juice is the plan. This is the wrong mechanism for it at any price.

4. Best value on cleanup

Cuisinart Easy Clean Slow Juicer

Cuisinart CSJ-300 · $100–200 · Our score 7.7/10

A mesh-free filter is the one genuinely premium feature that has reached the mid-band, and it attacks the thing most likely to stop you juicing. With a limited 3-year warranty and 1.5 L capacity, this is the cheapest route to a juicer you will not resent at 7am. Cuisinart publishes no RPM for it, which is a real gap when comparing.

Speed
Not available - Cuisinart publishes 200 W but no RPM for this modelNot sourced

What works

  • No mesh screen, so the part most people hate washing is simply absent
  • 3-year warranty, triple what Ninja and Nutribullet quote
  • 1.5 L capacity is generous for the price

What does not

  • Cuisinart publishes no RPM, so you cannot compare its speed to anything
  • No yield figure of any kind
  • Mesh-free filters generally trade some fine extraction for easier washing

Skip this if: You want a published speed figure before you buy. Cuisinart does not state an RPM for this model anywhere we could find.

When premium is the better value

One honest case: if you have already owned a juicer and stopped using it, the premium band is probably the right purchase rather than the indulgent one. The features up there -- Kuvings' 100 oz hands-free hopper, Hurom's strainer-free drum, Kuvings' 1.75 in auto-cut chute -- all exist to remove the specific friction that makes people stop. A $600 machine you use daily is better value than a $160 machine in a cupboard.

The inverse is also true, and more common: a first-time buyer spending $600 is paying to remove friction they have not experienced yet. Start in the middle, learn what annoys you, then upgrade deliberately.

Questions people ask

What is the best juicer for the money?
Omega's J8006HDS, on warranty-per-dollar. It carries the same 15-year limited warranty as machines costing twice as much, and the horizontal auger handles the hardest produce. You pay in counter depth and prep time rather than money.
Is an expensive juicer worth it?
If you already know you juice daily, yes -- the premium band removes the friction that stops people. If you are new to it, no. There is no published yield advantage at any price, so what you are buying above $400 is convenience, and convenience is only worth paying for once you know which part annoys you.
Do expensive juicers extract more juice?
There is no published evidence either way. We checked the manufacturer documentation for every machine on this site and none of them states a comparable yield figure. Anyone telling you a $600 machine out-yields a $200 one of the same mechanism is going beyond what is documented.
What is the cheapest juicer actually worth buying?
Around $70-100. Below that you are into 400 W motors and 10 oz pitchers, which work but make juicing tedious. At $70-100 you get either 800 W and a 3 in chute, or the one sub-$100 masticating machine.
How much does juicing cost per glass?
The produce dominates, and it varies hugely with what you juice and where you shop, so we do not publish a figure we cannot source. Juicing on a budget shows how to work out your own number, which is more useful than an average.
